Acara dimulakan selepas solat maghrib diringi dengan ucapan alu-aluan yang disampaikan oleh YBrs. Imam Besar MTMZA dan bacaan tahlil ringkas.<\/p><p>Keistimewaan yang dibawa oleh MTMZA adalah sesi <em>tahnik<\/em> iaitu menyuapkan manisan seperti madu dan isi kurma ke lelangit bayi peserta yang disempurnakan oleh Imam dan Bilal MTMZA.\u00a0 Seterusnya majlis ini diserikan dengan persembahan alunan merdu kumpulan marhaban \u201cShoutul Mizan\u201d. Program yang dihadiri oleh kira-kira 500 orang ini terdiri daripada peserta-peserta akikah, keluarga serta penduduk sekitar Putrajaya ini mendapat sambutan yang meriah dan menggalakkan.<\/p><p>Kemuncak program ini adalah jamuan makan malam bersama semua peserta dan jemaah di SAHN A. Antara objektif program ini dijalankan ialah mengeratkan ukhuwah dan memberi kemudahan kepada jemaah untuk melaksanakan ibadah <em>aqiqah<\/em>.
